How to manifest your dream.

To carry a dream was no heavy load,

it lifted her spirit and well it showed,

the web was not finished, she had one big task,

and help was at hand if she needed to ask.

How do we Manifest our dreams

We all have dreams, We wish for more money, a bigger house, a good and loving relationship, Maybe, we have a bucket list. But how do we make our dreams happen? and how do we manifest the life we so desire?

Recently, I suspect, I have unconsciously been asking the universe for some help. The present crisis of Covid 19 had lowered my mood and my usual self confidence had taken a battering. Every day, I was hearing about new restrictions that I was beginning to turn inwards and restricting myself. I was aware of all the things I could not do, but had also stopped looking at the things I could do. Then amazing opportunities started to present themselves.

With every door that closes another one will open (My grandfather used to say this) With every problem, there is always a solution hiding around the corner if you just look for it. Listening to too many stories, of people trying to fight against a force that was restricting their freedoms, I could feel myself getting wound up in a web of negativity. I turned off the news and stopped listening to the nay-sayers. I could sense it would be more beneficial to shift my focus and find an alternative route to my dreams.

Presently, my focus is still on travel. There are places to be discovered and experiences to be part of. I have taken the approach of finding positive routes through this Covid madness because I believe they do exist. The world is a big place and has more safe havens than we probably realise. I refuse to be convinced otherwise. We just have to seek and find, so that when an opportunity does come along, we can use our confidence to push aside the, ‘What If’s?’

What if my flight gets cancelled?

What if I get ill?

What if I cannot get home?

I am sure you can add some more.

Actually, when I think about it, those What If’s have not changed since before Covid 19. They could happen to any traveller. The only difference is that now I was allowing the What If’s in, to affect my decisions from accessing my dreams.

Manifesting a dream.

Firstly you must believe that it is all possible. As soon as niggling doubts slip in, you are doomed. DOOMED! Of course there are places I cannot go to at the moment but they are still on my dream list. My journey has not stopped, it has just been re-directed.

Secondly, MAKE IT HAPPEN, and stop the excuses. The usual ones like ‘I have not got the time or the money.‘ Look at your priorities and ask yourself if your dream planning is at the top of your list. We often spend our lives fighting fire and surviving in the now, instead of living in it. If you only react to what life throws at you, you are being re-active instead of pro-active leaving little or no time left to manifest what you want and probably need to work at. A favourite saying is, This time next year‘. This keeps me looking forward, I remain flexible and prepared for last minute changes. We may not have the funds or the time now, but the future is always a different story. Manifesting your dream will need a little planning as well as chatting to the universe.

And thirdly, BE PREPARED, to receive what is being offered when the opportunity arises. Do not be afraid to say Yes, and then thank you. Be grateful; always be grateful. Your gratitude will shine through and that is worth so much more to the people around you, who, believe it or not, are helping you to manifest your dream. Just relax and go with the flow, Let life show you what she has on offer. Look for the good stuff. It will add colour to your journey. Walk pass the bad, let it go, it does not matter. We are made up of energy, a valuable source, so do not waste it on negativity.

day three. casa chillax.

Just to keep you up to date, I have just completed day three of my staycation at the wonderful Chillax Retreat in Campello, Costa Blanca. My body is amazingly chilled following a Pilates class, a massage, a session of Yin Yoga and then a relaxing hour of Nidra Yoga before dinner.

Centred, calm and CHILLAXED, I am very grateful to the people I have around me. Dreams are manifesting and on course.

Have a wonderful day.
