My mind is made up. It’s time to go traveling again.

This means that La Gaia, my beautiful home will be available to rent again. This time for six months to a year

This is ideal for any family looking to move to Spain.

Nestled between mountains and vineyards, yet only a 15-minute walk to the town of Jalon, La Gaia consists of a three-bedroomed Finca with a pool.

The home is full of character, homely, and welcoming. I leave it furnished and fully operational. I am looking for a family who loves the countryside and will appreciate my home as I do.

The Jalon Valley is not far from the coast and has lovely beaches. The nearest coastal towns are Benissa, Calpe, Moraira, Javea, Denia, Altea, Benidorm. Cities are Alicante and Valencia. Madrid is three hours by rail.

Jalon has two weekly markets, cafe bars, and restaurants, the population is about 5.000.

If you love walking, cycling, or rock climbing, this is a perfect place for you. Jalon also attracts health professionals, artists, and writers.

In February the valley is covered in almond blossoms attracting many walkers and artists.
